NVRPilot presents systems and services but is not currently an online shop. No paid order can be placed on the website.

Non-binding request
Submitting a form creates no purchase, works or service contract and no payment obligation. A contract is formed only by an individual offer and separate acceptance.
Prices and customer status
Pages currently show “price on request”. Consumer offers show total prices including VAT and calculable travel, delivery or shipping costs. B2B net prices are labelled accordingly.
Consumer information
Where a consumer distance or off-premises contract is concluded, mandatory pre-contract information, any withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are provided before a binding declaration.
Scope and warranties
Equipment, cabling, network setup and service scope follow the individual offer. Statutory defect rights remain unaffected; extra guarantees apply only when expressly promised. Images are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
